Blackpool & The Fylde Street Angels
Helping Vulnerable Adults and Families Across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast
Outreach. Shelter. Support. Dignity.
From crisis to independence, we walk alongside those who need us most, in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, and through select services across Lancashire.

WHO
WE
ARE
A Community-Led Charity Offering Compassion Without Judgment
Blackpool and the Fylde Street Angels exists to serve vulnerable adults and families who are facing homelessness, poverty, hardship, or social exclusion. Every person we help is treated with dignity, care, and without prejudice.
We operate a range of interconnected services, from evening outreach and emergency shelter to supported accommodation, skills-building initiatives, and specialist family support.
Our team is made up of compassionate staff, dedicated volunteers, and community partners, all working together to break the cycle of crisis and create real, lasting change.
Our support starts with care and connection, but it doesn’t end there. We build pathways to recovery, resilience, and reintegration.

WHAT
WE
DO
Evening Outreach & Engagement
Monday Outreach – Early Support, Not Just Street Food
Saturday Outreach & SafeSpace – Support in the Night-Time Economy
Operating from The Place on Clifton Street in the heart of Blackpool, our SafeSpace initiative operates on Saturday nights.
Emergency Accommodation – Temporary Bed Unit (TBU)
In partnership with Blackpool Council, we provide emergency shelter to those in immediate need through our Temporary Bed Unit.
Supported Accommodation – Moving Toward Independence
We offer longer-term supported living environments for adults who are ready to begin rebuilding their lives.
The Restoration Project – Repairing More Than Furniture
At our restoration centre, we give second-hand furniture a new lease of life — just like the people we support.
Donations That Make a Difference
We accept all kinds of household goods — from brand new to gently used or in need of a little love.
Forget Me Notts – Supporting Vulnerable Families
We’re proud to join Hope Church, Lytham on the Forget Me Notts project throughout the Fylde Coast — part of a wider initiative that provides support to families already under pressure or working with social care services.
The Angels Revive – Support Beyond Accommodation
For those not in our housing projects, the Angels Revive provides advocacy, signposting, and practical help with benefits, housing advice, addiction services, and more.
