Angels Restoration is our not-for-profit social enterprise — giving new life to donated furniture and household items while creating meaningful opportunities for individuals in our community.

Through the restoration and resale of quality pre-loved items, we are building a self-sustaining model that supports our charitable work, offers volunteering experiences, and creates pathways into employment.

Why Angels Restoration Exists

With traditional funding streams becoming increasingly limited, Angels Restoration is a practical and creative solution that helps us continue supporting vulnerable adults across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.

At the same time, this project allows us to:

Offer volunteering and work experience opportunities in a supportive environment
Provide skills development in areas such as restoration, painting, upcycling, retail and logistics
Generate income that directly supports the core work of Blackpool & the Fylde Street Angels
Promote environmental sustainability by rescuing and restoring good quality items that might otherwise go to waste

How It Works

We accept donations of good quality furniture and household items, which are then carefully restored by our team and volunteers. Each piece is brought back to its former glory — cleaned, repaired, refreshed, or creatively upcycled — and made available for sale to the public.

All proceeds are reinvested into our charity, supporting services such as outreach, supported accommodation, and crisis intervention.

Whether someone joins us as a volunteer to gain confidence, experience, or simply to give back — or moves into paid work later — this project is designed to support people on their journey, no matter their starting point.
